Daum Crystal Empreinte Candleholders

In honor of the 140th anniversary of Daum, the workshop drew from past influences to reinterpret the Art Déco style of the 1930s through the Empreinte collection. These handcrafted crystal candle holders are multifunctional and can be used to hold both tapered candles and tealights due to their unique reversible nature. The candlesticks can also be stacked to create higher candles. Each candlestick features buttercups and plants in a celebratory motif. Each Daum crystal piece is made using the rare and ancient “Pâte de Verre” glassmaking technique, which dates back to 5,000 BC and involves melting many fragments of colored crystal within a mold. This results in intense colors and subtle shading. Handmade in France.
